Information

Context
Ninetyfour already had a strong product direction, a clear visual world and growing attention around the brand. The challenge was not visibility alone, but structure. The digital journey needed to become easier to understand, easier to navigate and more connected to the way people actually searched, browsed and bought.

Direction
We mapped the customer journey across content, search, product discovery and conversion. Analytics, browsing behavior and the existing sales funnel helped define where the website needed more clarity. From there, we shaped a faster and more structured e-commerce experience, with clearer collections, stronger product routes and a more direct path from interest to purchase.

Result
The website became more focused, easier to use and better aligned with how customers move through the brand. Visitors can find products faster, understand the offer more clearly and move through the shopping experience with less friction. For Ninetyfour, the platform now supports both brand energy and sales performance.

The work was not about adding more. It was about understanding how people already moved through the brand, then removing the friction between attention, product discovery and purchase. Every page, collection and product route had to make the next step feel clear.
