Context

Flitsmeister is a digital product built around speed, attention and trust. Users often interact with the product in moments where information needs to be understood immediately and actions need to feel effortless.

The challenge was to make important touchpoints clearer without slowing the experience down or adding unnecessary complexity.

Diagnosis

The product did not need more information. It needed stronger hierarchy.

In high-attention moments, even small inconsistencies in interface logic, content structure or flow can create friction. The opportunity was to make each next step easier to recognise and the most important information faster to process.

“When attention is limited, clarity becomes part of the product.”

Direction

Bureau12 helped structure parts of the digital experience around clarity, usability and customer flow.

The work focused on interface logic, content hierarchy and the way users moved through key product touchpoints. Every decision was made to reduce hesitation, support quicker understanding and make actions feel more direct.

Result

The experience became clearer, more focused and easier to move through.

Information could be understood faster, important actions became more immediate and the product experience aligned more closely with how people use Flitsmeister in real life.

The result was not more functionality, but a clearer way to experience what was already there.
