Context
Following a strong edition of Milan Design Week, Pode and Leolux needed a digital way to continue the story of their new exhibition at Salone del Mobile.
Soft Mass, designed by Studio Truly Truly, brought together product, material and atmosphere in a carefully considered physical stand. The challenge was to translate that experience online without reducing it to a simple project overview.
The digital experience needed to preserve the calm, tactile quality of the exhibition while making the collection easier to revisit, explore and share.
Diagnosis
The exhibition already had a strong spatial narrative. What was missing was a digital structure that could guide visitors through that same story beyond Milan.
Rather than presenting products as separate items, the website needed to connect the stand, the collection and the thinking behind the work in one coherent journey.

“The digital experience became an extension of the stand, not just a record of it.”
Direction
Bureau12 shaped the website structure and visual presentation around the experience of moving through the stand.
The content was organised to guide visitors naturally between products, materials and stories, while keeping the interface restrained and close to the atmosphere of the exhibition.
The aim was not to recreate the physical space literally, but to carry its rhythm, refinement and visual language into a digital format.
Result
Soft Mass became easier to revisit, explore and share online.
The digital experience extended the presence of the exhibition beyond Milan, bringing together the collection, the stand and the stories behind the products in one clear presentation.
The result was a digital continuation of the exhibition rather than a separate website about it.
