Context

Ninetyfour had built something real: a strong product, a loyal community and years of brand recognition.

But as the business grew, the digital experience no longer reflected the strength of the brand. The website, customer journey and content had gradually become disconnected, making it harder for people to navigate, discover products and move confidently from interest to purchase.

The challenge wasn’t simply to redesign the website. It was to reconnect the experience behind it.

Diagnosis

Before designing anything new, we looked at how people actually interacted with the business.

Analytics, customer behaviour, search patterns and the existing sales journey revealed where clarity had been lost. Instead of adding more features or content, we focused on removing friction and rebuilding a clearer structure around the way customers naturally explored the brand.

The strongest part of Ninetyfour was already there. We made every touchpoint support it again.

Direction

The website was reorganised around one clearer system.

Collections became easier to navigate, product routes more intuitive and the overall customer journey more consistent. Every decision was guided by one principle: make the next step obvious.

Rather than changing what Ninetyfour stood for, the work helped express it more clearly across the digital experience.

Result

The platform now supports both the brand and the business.

Customers can understand the offer faster, navigate the collections more naturally and move through the shopping experience with greater confidence.

The result isn’t just a better website, but a digital experience that once again supports the direction of the brand.
